The brick & mortar store is located at 220 Main Street in Amherst, Massachusetts, on the Emily Dickinson Museum estate.

• Returns and Refunds: The online EDM Store considers returns and refunds up to 30 days after purchase. Use the Contact form to submit a return and/or refund request. Include your name, the order number, and the reason for return and/or refund.
• Shipping: At the moment, the online EDM Store only ships within the United States. Shipping costs are determined at checkout based on item weight(s) and order destination.
• Taxes: Applicable items are taxed at 6.25% in accordance with Massachusetts state sales tax. Taxes are applied at checkout.
